SFTP Error Status and Notifications Improvements
We've made the following improvements to the automated SFTP connections:
1. If an SFTP connection is successful, the error status is reset regardless if a new file is uploaded or not. Previously, the error status was not updated until a new file was processed. This led to occasional false positive emails "SFTP Connection Failed".
2. If an SFTP connection is successful when manually testing in the Console, the error status is reset.
3. An automated validation test is run on every upload to verify the number of processed rows. If the number is less than expected, any emails chosen in the SFTP On-Failure Notification Contacts setting will receive an "Upload Processed Less Rows Than Expected" message.
Attach Files to Outbound Emails
Attach a File to outbound emails. File attachments can't be larger than 10mb in total size.
Choose User Roles when Adding a New User
Admins can choose user roles directly in the Add a User form without having to choose roles separately after creating a new user.
Use a Merge Tag to Add a File Link to a Message
Users can link a file to a message using the file's Merge Tag. Paste the merge tag into any one-off, Bulk Action, Flow, or Auto Message template.
An inline merge tag allows users to place the file link anywhere in a message template.
